Andie Gulkis
Andie joins Artisan as a Brokerage Associate, bringing a well-rounded foundation in real estate built through hands-on experience across residential and commercial sectors. While completing her studies, she gained practical exposure through internships at Fire Island Sales and Rentals, AM Property and Holding Corp., Ogden Cap Properties, HUBB NYC, and Amo Realty. At Fire Island Sales and Rentals she gained early brokerage experience by facilitating residential rental transactions and supported day-to-day operations. At AM Property and Holding Corp., she assisted with the leasing of high-value Manhattan office spaces and supported client relations and transaction coordination. At Ogden Cap Properties, she leased luxury residential apartments and conducted market analyses of competing properties. During her time at HUBB NYC, she supported the management and registration of over 700 rent-stabilized units, prepared lease renewals, and analyzed broker performance to improve operational efficiency.
At Artisan, Andie supports the brokerage team in tenant representation, real estate advisory, and business development. Working closely with senior leadership, she assists clients in evaluating workplace strategies, touring properties, and identifying leasing opportunities aligned with their business objectives. She contributes to tour books, financial analyses, proposals, and lease negotiations throughout the transaction process.
Andie graduated from the University of Miami Herbert Business School with a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Marketing and a minor in Legal Studies, and holds real estate licenses in both New York and Florida. She will continue her education pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development at New York University.
