Franklin joined Artisan after extensive comfort and morale training in both his hometown of Versailles, Kentucky & New York City. As Chief Morale Officer, Franklin’s responsibilities include boosting workplace happiness, reducing stress, and keeping spirits high. He joins Artisan with extensive experience in greeting employees and guests with enthusiasm, offering on-demand cuddles during stressful moments, encouraging breaks through walks or playtime, and fostering connection simply by being present. Franklin leads by example in work/life balance (naps are mandatory), reminds the team not to take things too seriously, and creates a warmer, more welcoming office culture one wag at a time.
