Her background spans commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional leadership across consumer, media, wellness, and tech industries.
Sydney is also the Co-Founder of Sourced, a clean beauty brand built on transparency and intentional growth. As a founder, she has led brand positioning, partnerships, fundraising, and go-to-market execution, giving her firsthand experience in building and scaling a business from the ground up.
